I recently bought a wine barrel and turned it into a soaking tub, and let me tell you, it's been amazing! It fits perfectly into the space where my washer/dryer used to be, so it's a great space-saver. Now, I can soak in hot water up to my neck—it's so lovely! The rustic charm of the barrel adds a unique touch to my home. The wine smell is pretty strong at first, but it mostly goes away after a few weeks, leaving just a faint hint behind. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing addition to your home, I highly recommend converting a wine barrel into a soaking tub!

I work at a children's museum and we are modifying our barrel to be a small horse for our toddler farm exhibit. It's very solid so it should hold up really well.
