1. Are your barrels authentic?
Yes! We source genuine, new and once-used whiskey and used wine barrels from trusted distilleries and wineries. All our barrels are made of white oak. Every barrel has a unique history and character, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
2. Do the barrels come cleaned and ready to use?
Most of our barrels are cleaned at the winery prior to coming to us. For most items, you can select to keep them as-is from the winery, sanded or sanded and finished. For décor or furniture, they are optionally sanded and finished. For functional use (like planters or rain barrels), additional prepping may be desired. If you're unsure, feel free to ask before purchasing.
3. Do you offer custom barrel furniture or engraving?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom work. Whether it’s a personalized barrel head, branded engraving, or a custom piece of furniture, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
4. Can I visit your workshop ?
Yes, local customers are welcome to visit by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a time—we’d love to show you around and help you hand-pick your barrel or piece.
5. Why is shipping so expensive?
Many of our items are large and heavy, requiring freight shipping. We never upcharge on shipping—we only charge what the carrier quotes. Our website will give you the most accurate rate prior to entering a credit card. Or contact us directly for an estimated rate before ordering. See more details on shipping below.
6. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! We offer free local pickup from our location in Winnetka, Los Angeles, California. We do not offer delivery. Contact us to coordinate for pickup.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
We build to order. Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the product and level of customization. Transit time varies based on your location and shipping method.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the lower 48 contiguous United States. If you're located in Hawaii or internationally and interested in our products, please reach out and we’ll explore options.
9. What is your return policy?
Due to the size and nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
10. Do you sell barrel parts or hardware separately?
Yes, we often have individual barrel heads, staves, hoops, and other parts available for DIY projects. Check our shop or contact us for availability.
