"My wife and I found Evans Family Barrels on craigslist and went to look at some of their barrels for our backyard. They gave us a book of ideas and pictures to look at and we decided to have them custom make us a wine barrel fountain. They had dozens of wine barrels to choose from so we were able to pick a unique barrel that fit our taste. They also gave us the option to have it oiled with teak oil and/or cleaned (we just had them oil it to make it a richer color). We decided on which water pump we liked and they handled all of the ordering for us. Also, we expressed concern about our eucalyptus tree dropping leaves and debris into the fountain, so they offered to build a custom screen to go over the hole that the water goes through and it works brilliantly. It keeps our fountain free from all the junk that is dropped from our tree! It only took them 3 days to complete this project, which even included shipping time for the fountain parts. We couldn't be happier with the final product and it looks amazing in our backyard. It even gives off a slight red wine scent:) We will definitely be going back to them in the future for all wine barrel furniture as they were a delight to work with, have a lot of pride in their work, and are very affordably priced. Seriously couldn't be happier. Thank you Mike and Carole!
