The wine barrel head cutting board is lovingly handcrafted with quality in mind and will be a beautiful and functional addition to any kitchen. Don’t need a cutting board? Then use it as a cheese or veggie board. It’s versatility will make it invaluable and help keep the kitchen de-cluttered. Made from 1” solid white oak, it is durable and strong to last a very long time.

RECYCLED: The rustic wine barrel cutting board made from the barrel head gives us the outside of a real wine barrel and may come with cooperage wine or other markings. It is sanded down smooth and finished with food safe walnut oil. The fact they are also made from retired wine barrels adds a special touch for those who are sensitive to ecology and recycling.

UNIQUE: The cutting board is made from a repurposed wine barrel head and is 1” thick solid white oak. It lays flat and both sides can be used for cutting and chopping. Made from white oak, a hard, sturdy wood, it will endure and last a long time. It is rustic by design. All wine barrel heads with their markings are slightly different, so no two cutting boards will be the same.

HANDCRAFTED: It is handcrafted by us with love and quality in mind here in California, USA. Every product is custom made to order.  Please allow us up to 2 weeks after payment to create your cutting board.

OPTIONS: Three sizes are offered. The small cutting board is also the perfect size for use as a cheese serving board. The medium size is also good for vegetables and the large size is good for meat cutting.  We also offer a set of 3 cutting boards, 1 each of small, medium, and large.

CUSTOMIZE: Please call or email us if you are in need of a different size or wish to further customize your cutting board with laser engraving. Contact us for other sizes.

Please note that although the same care and quality is put into all of our products, there will be natural variation due to the wood selection (either French or American white oak), wood figure, winery or cooperage markings, wine stains from the inside of the barrel, and other factors. No two pieces will be identical and each has its own story to tell!
