This is not just a coat rack! This is a piece of a wine barrel that had a career change! It is a conversation piece. After the barrel was retired from the winery, it went on to become many different items. This is but one of them. The coat rack is lovingly handcrafted with quality in mind. It is durable and strong enough to hang your heaviest coats. It will look great in your entrance hall or mud room. What a great way to hang your sweaters, jackets, coats and hats or even use it for your pet leashes!
RECYCLED: The rustic wine barrel wall coat rack with antique brass hooks gives us the outside of a real wine barrel with its hoop, rack and wine stains. The fact they are also made from retired wine barrels adds a special touch for those who are sensitive to ecology and recycling.
UNIQUE: The wall coat rack stave is 1” solid white oak and come from the side of a repurposed wine barrel stave. The ends touch the wall and then arch gracefully away from the wall towards the center. We pre-drill mounting holes 32” apart. It is rustic by design. We use Danish oil with a medium walnut stain to finish the coat rack. We find that each stave takes the stain and oil in its own way along with their markings being slightly different, hence no two coat racks will be the same.
HANDCRAFTED: It is handcrafted by us with love and quality in mind here in California, USA. Every product is custom made to order. Please allow us up to 1 week after payment to create your wall hanging coat rack.
OPTIONS: The wall coat rack can be customized by selecting 3 to 5 antique brass hooks. We reserve the right to substitute a similar hook based on availability.

Please note that although the same care and quality is put into all of our products, there will be natural variation due to the wood selection (either French or American white oak), wood figure, winery or cooperage markings, wine stains from the inside of the barrel, and other factors. No two pieces will be identical and each has its own story to tell!
