This whiskey barrel is cut vertically in half so it can stand against the wall to accent your room décor. Turn it into a coffee table, book case or wine rack yourself. Whether it be in your family room, den, or cave, you can enjoy the look of whiskey barrels and their functionality. Of course it is durable and can be used outdoors as decoration or add a shelf for storage.
RECYCLED: This whiskey barrel gives us the outside of a real whiskey barrel with its hoop stains. The fact that this is also made from retired whiskey barrels adds a special touch for those who are sensitive to ecology and recycling.
UNIQUE: The whiskey barrel is made of 1“ solid white oak. This is a half vertical cut barrel that can stand against the wall. We cut the barrel along the stave lines so it may not be exactly in half, but it will be very close. The cut heads are reinforced so they won’t spread apart. There is no backing on it. The barrel has been sanded and has a Danish Oil medium walnut finished. It will look stunning in your home.
HAND CRAFTED: These are hand crafted by us with love and quality in mind here in California, USA. This was a display model in our showroom.
Please note that although the same care and quality is put into all of our products, there will be natural variation due to the wood selection (either French or American white oak), wood figure. No two pieces will be identical and each has its own story to tell!
