Try them in your smoker to enhance the oak flavor in your food. We also sell segments of these tank staves for BBQ smokers.
RECYCLED: These rustic wine-soaked staves fulfilled their service adding the oak flavor to wine sitting in stainless steel tanks. Some will have given their all and may have cracks in them. Others are very solid. All this adds a special touch for those who are sensitive to ecology and recycling.
OPTIONS: They can be purchased in bundles of 30 while supplies last. Note that some staves may have cracks while others don’t. The cracks appear to be hairline and are short leaving the majority of the stave undamaged.

All of our wine-soaked tank staves are made from French or American oak. Each stave will be unique in coloring and condition due to variations in production of wine.
