Rustic Wine Barrel Bubbly Water Fountain

Do you love wine and water fountains? Do you need a place for bees to drink safely? Ever think of actually owning a wine barrel but need a reason? Add some style and decoration to your landscaping with these water fountains made from real oak wine barrels. This water fountain is Bee Friendly.

RECYCLED: These rustic wine barrels still have the barrel rack marks and wine stains proudly showing their years of winery service. All this adds a special touch for those who are sensitive to ecology and recycling.

UNIQUE: Bee friendly.  Ever wonder why the bees are always buzzing your swimming pool?  It’s the splashing. They are attracted to it. What to do. Get this bee friendly water fountain with its river rocks for the bees to drink safely and bubbling splashing water to attract them. The more water in the barrel, the higher the fountain.

WATER TIGHT: Before making any water fountain, we fill the barrel with water and let is sit for a couple of days to allow it to regain it’s water tightness.  In case your barrel dries out in transit, do the same thing and wait until it regains water tightness. If after a couple of days, it still hasn’t, give us a call.

HAND CRAFTED: It is hand crafted by us with love and quality in mind here in California, USA. Every product is custom made to order.  Please allow us up to 3 weeks after payment to create your product.

INCLUDED:  Small black or other color river rocks as available, Submersible Pump 

NOTE:  After 30 days, the submersible pump is not returnable to us, contact manufacturer if you have issues.

OPTIONS:  For a more refined look, we can sand and finish the barrel, even so, there will still be some remaining marks and stains. If you desire this, add sanding and medium or dark walnut oil to finish the barrel. These barrels come with a silicon bung to close the bung hole water tight.

We also suggest that if the barrel will be sitting on dirt to add our wine barrel stave feet under them to help keep dry rot away. If you are planning on placing it on cement, add the stave feet to keep the barrel from leaving rings on your patio. Another option is to add a mini dolly under the barrel if you plan on moving it from time to time. Wine barrels are about 100 pounds empty and quickly gather weight when fill with water.

Please note that although the same care and quality is put into all of our products, there will be natural variation due to the wood selection (either French or American white oak), wood figure, winery or cooperage markings, wine stains from the inside of the barrel, and other factors. No two pieces will be identical and each has its own story to tell!
